I brought my phone to them at the start of November after dropping it a while back down stairs and the screen was damaged.

I dropped the phone to them with the front screen working perfectly fine (flip Samsung phone) upon getting the phone back the flip was clicking, the middle of the screen was bubbling (where the phone actually flips) and the touch in the screen was temperamental( would work and then not work)

We live all the way in girne with three children under the age of 2 so been able to go back to the shop and get it looked at.

At the end of November I noticed a dark spot on the screen and went to wipe it away upon doing so a big line went across my screen.

We took the phone back on the last week and they said they would have a look it at it and fix it.

I went to check on the phone again during the week and they said they needed to order the screen as they didn’t have it in stock and instead of costing the 260 pound we paid at the start of November they was now saying we had to pay 315 pound for the screen and started saying the screen was dropped etc.

I took it to another phone shop and they told me the part wasn’t fitted on correctly and it wasn’t the original screen, it was a cheap screen from China.

We went back on Monday and they proceeded to shout at my wife, tell her she had dropped the phone, which she didn’t but her argument was even if she did drop the phone she’s had the phone for two years with original screen and dropped it dozens of times (wear and tear) but to break in three weeks after paying 260 pound the same price as it is to get fixed directly from Samsung themselves in the uk.

I even offered to pay the cost of the screen they purchased it for but not the cost to fit it as they had already improperly fitted the screen.

The staff was rude condescending and even laughing with other customers about my wife in Turkish as my wife is English. They then proceeded to call the police on my wife and she had to come and get me and the three children to translate to the police as the staff knew she couldn’t speak English.

My wife and I have been nothing but fair with this company after fitting a screen for 260 sterling and it breaking in three weeks after I’ve had the phone for 2 years and only just broke the phone with the original screen.
