On 5.11.21 I paid 565 tl for internet connection. Telsim/Vodafone use a sub-contractor to install the equipment but the work was very poor and unacceptable. We removed the hardware and returned it to the Alsancak Shop a few days later and asked for a refund. We cannot even speak with the Lefkosa office – each call is disconnected.
