I bought a necklace and a ceyrek, they sold it to me for 100,000TL, I came back 10 minutes later and asked for a refund on the necklace and I realised he had over charged me by a lot. He did not provide a an invoice with the actual weight, gold value and separate price of the gold sold. The merchant has refused to refund me. I went to multiple different gold stores and got quotes from them on the specific necklace and they quoted me 40,000 to 60,000TL. I went back to the merchant multiple times and he still refused and said I can change it to a different necklace but won’t give back my money. Today he said he will only return 40,000TL for the necklace. I paid 90,000TL for the necklace. He also mentioned he threw the invoice away, however, he did not write one when I first got the gold.
