Hi, my name is Jesse Chinda.
I originally bought an ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 from Durmazz Techno Store on 1st July 2023 for around $2,300 (with upgraded RAM).
After using it for less than 2 weeks, I noticed certain issues including bad speakers, poor camera hardware and glitchy graphics card.
I came back to the shop to ask for a new PC as I wasn’t interested in any repairs or more potential complications. But the PC I wanted to replace it with (since they had no other copies of the original PC I bought) was unavailable.
Now, after repeated visits, I was able to get the laptop exchanged for the HP Spectre X360 16-F2013dx 2-IN-1 on 30th August 2023 at the shop. Rather than offer me the new PC as a fair replacement for the faulty PC I got from them, I was made to sell the faulty PC to them as 2nd hand, and then pay extra money – $700 after much bargaining – to get the new one. I was very unhappy about this, but I needed a good quality PC so I ended up paying the extra money.
However, the new HP Spectre on my very first boot up gave me a BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death) which is an issue that shouldn’t plague a brand new computer. And this continued repeatedly. After I patiently retried booting up the PC, other issues like the “Boot Device Not Found” error also came up.
At this point, I was frustrated and so, I simply packaged the computer and took it back to the Durmazz shop to report this so they could take responsibility and see what could be done about it.
The technical service at the shop have checked the PC and confirmed that it was not user damage – meaning it has nothing to do with me but rather a faulty product. But to my disappointment, the workers and the owner have all been very rude and unhelpful in assisting me to get a good PC despite me explaining how much I need a PC and even after paying more money to achieve this.
I’m very unhappy with the products and service I have received so far from Durmazz Techno Store, so I’m submitting this complaint to get a solution.
I worked hard to make the money that I spent trying to get a good and reliable computer system. I have already spent $3,000 at Durmazz Techno Store and I still do not have a good, working PC. I can’t keep wasting time and money on products that don’t work!
I would like Durmazz Techno Store to give me a brand new PC that I already paid for, or return the entire money I’ve spent so I can get a good PC elsewhere.
